Terms and conditions

1. All new orders (i.e first time buyers with Grasshopper), payment is with order or proforma. Thereafter, subject to satisfactory credit references our terms are strictly 30 days.

2. We do not operate a Sale Or Return policy, however we will substitute designs if they do not sell through in your particular retail environment. All stock must be returned at your expense and must be in perfect condition for re-sale. Replacement stock will be sent to you on a like for like basis with carriage at our cost.

3. Floor spinners are provided Free Of Charge on a "Free-on-Loan" basis. Counter stands are charged for but additional stock is provided at retail to offset this cost.

4. Carriage paid order is £100 UK Mainland. Please ask for details for other destinations. Smaller orders will be charged carriage at cost.
